Essential Information
Food & Catering
Our venue features a food storage area with warmers, coolers, sinks, prep tables, and a microwave. No ovens or stoves are available. You're welcome to bring pre-cooked meals or use a catering service for your event.
Alcoholic Beverages
You may bring and serve your own alcoholic beverages, but you cannot sell them or charge a cover. A bartender or catering service with a liquor license may be employed to serve alcohol at your event.
Security Deposit
A $300 security deposit is due upon signing the contract. If the venue is left in good condition, the deposit will be returned within 20 days. If your event is cancelled or rescheduled, your deposit will be returned within 20 days.
Booking Details
Bookings are accepted beginning January 1st of each year for events scheduled within that same calendar year. The quoted rates encompass the total time reserved, which includes all hours utilized for the event itself as well as for setup and cleanup.
