Named after two distinguished figures in Dayton's history — William Van Cleve, a founding father of Dayton and Captain in the War of 1812, and Eliza Wright, great aunt to the pioneering Wright Brothers — this property carries a legacy that spans the very foundations of Ohio.
With a land patent signed by President James Madison in 1815, the property has served as a private residence, the beloved Country Squire Inn, and now stands beautifully restored as Huber Heights' premier event venue.
