From a forgotten historic property to a stunning event venue
witness the transformation of The Wright Van Cleve House.

When the current owners first discovered this property in 2005, it was a building with extraordinary bones but years of wear. What began as a vision to honor the legacy of William Van Cleve and Eliza Wright became a labor of love spanning nearly two decades. Every beam restored, every stone preserved, and every detail considered — the transformation you see here tells the story of a historic treasure brought back to life.

Chapter One

Early Discovery

2005 – 2017

The property was acquired in 2005 with a vision to preserve its historical significance. During these early years, the focus was on understanding the structure, researching its rich past, and planning the careful restoration that would honor over two centuries of history.
